Minimum Order Requirements
Our minimum quantity per color/size is 100 pieces for cut length zippers and 100 yards for long chain. Orders below the minimum quantity will be charged according to the per piece price list.
Dye House Policy
A large set of common colors has been defined based on our standard color card (TZMA 2001). Customers may reference an office copy of our standard color card or purchase their own copy. All dye-to-match colors that are not common colors will be charged a $35 dye fee per color.
Finished Production
Most orders are completed and shipped in one week or less. We will inform you ahead of time if there is any reason you should expect longer production times.
Payment Policy
All new customers are assigned COD terms. New customers may request to submit for credit approval. Payment for all orders must be submitted within the terms defined on the invoice. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all delinquent accounts.
Shipping Terms
Orders placed by local customers can be delivered or prepared for pick up. We are happy to send all other orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or your preferred shipping carrier. Freight charges are billed to the customer’s invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may only cancel purchase orders before production begins. Orders that are finished are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
Stock items can be returned but a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. We cannot accept product returns for custom orders unless there is an issue with the product. Items that were ordered incorrectly or were pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Disclaimer
The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Seller’s and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace the quantity of product proven to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable in tort or in contract for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer
